Concept Map: Hyponatremia( etiology and pathogenesis)

Here is a concept map of hyponatremia created by Dr. Helbert Rondon from
Division of Nephrology, University of New Mexico School of Medicine. For good size view, download the image and view it.

  1. concept maps should be brief.
Also maintaing symmetry will help in following the concepts.

  2. A concept map is a diagram showing the relationships among concepts. It is a graphical tool for organizing and representing knowledge. It does not have to be brief or symmetric, specially when the concept is very complicated.

  3. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22225439
take a look at this study that was done using concept maps.
Its a nice tool, the messier it looks and complex it is , the better it is. The final product is not important, the process of doing one is more important.
